Dear Future Farm Town Tycoon,

f you’re sick and tired of running around totally broke while other players get tons of coins, the nicest items and the most expensive stuff, this information is for you.

You’ve probably always wondered why you can’t seem to make as much money or level up as fast as the other players in the game.

I used to wonder the same thing. I thought,

“Where are these people making money so fast?”

“Are they buying it on Farm Town?”

“What seeds are they using and which crops are they growing?”

So I set out to spy on all the successful players I could find to see just what they did to earn all of their money and to level up so fast.

I spent months using stealth tactics to track high level players everywhere from the forums to adding them and visiting their farms and back.

I discovered just what it was they were doing to make extreme amounts of money- and then improved upon their methods myself and even created amazingly profitable new techniques.

They never suspected a thing, that is, until I started making more money than all of them…If they found out that I spied on them- they would hate me even more!

Farm Town Strategy– How to Level Up Quickly in Farm Town

Posted on 18 March 2010 by admin

Are you addicted to Facebooks Farm Town game? These easy strategies and tips can help you climb the levels quickly. You could reach Level 25 in less than one week!

When you reach the next level in Farm Town, your options expand. You can buy a wider variety of seeds, trees, animals, flowers, and buildings. Once you reach Level 15, you can start buying more land so that you can plant more crops. So, naturally, you want to level up quickly. Heres how.

Plant mostly short-term crops.

These crops arent as lucrative, but you can get more experience. For planting a crop, you get 2 experience points per square. For plowing (or having someone plow for you), you get 1 experience point per square. You get 3 points per square for each crop cycle (plow, plant, & harvest). If you plant a 3-day crop, you will only get 3 points per square over those 3 days. Thats only 1 point per square per day.
But if you plant a 2-hour crop, then you can have five or six crop cycles per day for a total of 18 experiences points per square, per day. Much faster.

Never do your own work.

Always hire people to harvest your crops; you can sell them for more money. Always hire people to plow your fields; its cheaper than plowing them yourself. Additionally, hiring a neighbor is cheaper than hiring a random person from the marketplace. So make a lot of neighbors, and hire them whenever possible.

This way, you can save more money, which you can use for the next step . . .

Save up and buy buildings.

Buying buildings gives you a ton of experience points. Smaller items like animals, fences, scarecrows, and barbeques will give you a few points, but if you buy a silo or house
or barn, that one purchase can take you almost all the way to the next level.

Work for other people.

By harvesting for other people, you earn money
(which you can use to buy buildings). By plowing for other people, you earn a small amount of money but also, more importantly, you gain 1 experience point per square.

Play a lot.

This ones kind of a no-brainer, but play frequently, especially if youre planting short-term crops. You dont need to quit your job or wake up in the middle of the night, but you do need to check your crops often enough that they dont go to waste.

Farm Town Secrets Guide Review

Posted on 18 March 2010 by admin

Theres Another Farm Town Guide Anyone Seen it Yet?

So, whats up with the Farm Town thing, eh? Anyone out there seen this sudden rush on the new guides for this game? Ive been playing it for the past couple of months and I was surprised at first there were even guides for it. I mean, who really needs a guide for a game so simple to play.
But, a friend of mine (edited for their own embarrassment at having such a Farm Town addiction) sent me a link to a guide that I hadnt yet heard called Farm Town Domination. Its written by a guide that Ive actually heard of before Tony Sanders.
He wrote a bunch of World of Warcraft guides that I got into back when I still played that game. I decided it was worth checking out what he was able to put together and see how the guide performed.
Its been two weeks since I bought Tonys guide and things have changed a bit for me. Where once I just thought I was playing Farm Town well, it turns out I was wasting a TON of time doing things that didnt make a whole lot of sense. I had animals that made no sense, structures that wasted space, crops that were going bad too often.
In short, this game wasnt getting anywhere with me at the helm.
So, I started using Tonys strategies from Farm Town Domination. Low and behold Im kind of a badass at this game now. It didnt take very long, but now that Ive been rethinking my way of playing, Ive more than tripled my coin count and stopped relying on those entirely too rare Farm cash boosts you sometimes get.
Basically, Im awesome (or on my way to being so) at this game and Im pretty sure its because of Farm Town Domination. So, if youre a Farm Town junkie like me, stop wasting so much time and check this thing out. Its definitely one of the best.

Farm Town Vs Farmville – A Side By Side Comparison

Posted on 12 March 2010 by admin

There are 117 groups on Facebook dedicated to FarmVille, and another 106 groups dedicated to Farm Town. In these groups you can find groups of players that hate FarmVille, and a group of players that hate people who hate FarmVille (titled “Anti-FarmVille Groups Suck”). And of course there are groups dedicated to bashing both games and the people who play them.

Get the ultimate farmville secret guide with money hack engine for free (Limited time offer)

As an objective player (I think) of both games, I am setting out to solve the age old question (tongue in cheek): Which is better? Farm Town or FarmVille?

Land Expansions:

Farm Town: When you reach Level 15 you can expand your farm using coins; at Level 25 you can expand to a 24 X 24 Farm. After that you can no longer expand, and there are no immediate plans to add more expansions.

FarmVille: Your level and number of neighbors dictate when you can expand, and expansions are few and far between. They also cost more. The 24 X 24 expansion is still locked for all players.

Decorations, Buildings, and Landscaping:

Farm Town: There are a lot of options for decorating your farm. You can create 3-D effects and elevation by using the decorations available. Simply, there is a lot more than you do with your farm on Farm Town. However, will all of those options, it is easy to run out of land very quickly.

FarmVille: There are options for decorating your farm, but many of them are purchased with FarmVille Cash (purchased with your very real money). In addition, what you see is what you get. You can’t use your creativity to create illusions of elevation, lakes, pools, etc.

Harvesting, Plowing, & Seeding:

Farm Town: You can hire other farmers to do your plowing and harvesting, thus saving a lot of time. Hiring others is also what makes the game very social and interactive. However, when you hire someone to plow for you, you give them a portion of any experience points earned. On the positive side, when you hire someone to harvest for you, you get 25% more profit.

FarmVille: You can’t hire others to harvest, plow, or seed for you.

Ribbons and Trophies:

Farm Town: When you achieve trophies you don’t earn coin, experience points, or gifts.

FarmVille: When you earn a ribbon you get experience points, coins, and sometimes gifts.

Animals:

Farm Town: You can’t harvest your animals for profit. Animals can be purchased with coin, or gifted.

FarmVille: You can harvest your animals for coin. Animals can be gifted, bought with coin, and 5 of the animals are only available for purchase with FarmVille Cash.

Movement of animals:

Farm Town: Animals roam your farm freely, unless you freeze them.

FarmVille: Animals have a small range of motion, unless you set them to stay.

Trees:

Farm Town: Trees are harvested for coin. There are 30 trees available. You can purchase 15 varieties using coin; the rest must be gifted to you by your neighbors.

FarmVille: Trees are harvested for coin. There are 19 trees available. 2 varieties must be purchased with FarmVille Cash, some must be gifted, and other purchased with coin.

Seeds:

Farm Town has 26 available seeds, but they are restricted for purchase per your level.

FarmVille has 43 seed varieties, but are also restricted for purchase per your level. One of the available seeds is only available through purchase with FarmVille Cash.

Social Interaction:

Farm Town: There is a lot of social interaction with 4 different areas to meet and chat (Marketplace, Real Estate Office, and The Inn). You also interact with others when you hire them to farm for you, or you farm their lands. If a neighbor or buddy is on their farm, there is a green circle by their name, and you can pop over for a chat.

FarmVille: There are no common areas, or places to meet and chat with other players. Messages are exchanged by posting a sign at your neighbors’ farms.

Ease of earning experience points, coins, and leveling up:

Farm Town: You can increase your coins and experience points by working for other farmers, so if you work hard, you can move up very quickly. You also earn coin by visiting your neighbors, and by watering their plants.

FarmVille: The lions-share of experience points and coin are earned by working on your own farm. You can earn a small amount of coin and experience points by helping your neighbors

Convenience Vehicles:

Farm Town: You can purchase convenience vehicles for plowing, seeding, and harvesting. Fuel is gifted to you by neighbors.

FarmVille: You can purchase convenience vehicles for plowing, seeding, and harvesting. However, in order to get the fuel for those vehicles you have to buy FarmVille Cash. A small amount of fuel accumulates over time, but it doesn’t get you very far.

Number of items that are purchased with coins versus FarmCash or FarmVille cash:

Farm Town: The majority of the items are free. Some of the buildings and decorations do require FarmCash.

FarmVille: Many of the items premium (cooler) items must be purchased with FarmVille Cash.

Fertilizing:

Farm Town: Not available

FarmVille: Available

Glitches:

Farm Town: Many of the bugs that result in getting booted (and losing points and coins) have been resolved. There is a “save” option that helps prevent loss, even if you are booted. If you save your changes, you can leave your farm and not lose your work.

FarmVille: There are still quite a few glitches that will cause you to freeze, and as a result lose your work. There is no “save” option, so you can’t do anything else until your avatar catches up with the farming.

Graphics:

While Farm Town graphics are more customizable, they are frequently considered inferior to FarmVille. Most players agree that FarmVille has better graphics.

My verdict: Farm Town is more user-friendly, challenging, and social. I enjoy visiting other farms to see the unique way other farmers have used the decorations and buildings available. It is also a lot of fun to meet and chat with other farmers from around the world.

Farm Town Tips–How to Rack Up the Coins Fast In Farm Town

Posted on 04 March 2010 by admin

When you are playing Farm Town on Facebook or another social networking site, you have many things to keep track of. You need to be sure to visit all of your neighbors frequently; you need to coordinate help on your farm. You need to make sure that you are planting and harvesting your crops on time. Keeping track of all of these aspects of game play can take a lot of work – but of course, it is fun too, and that is why so many people have quite literally, fallen in love with life in Farm Town.

After putting in all that hard work, though, you certainly do not want to see it go to waste. When you are working this hard to succeed, you want to make sure that you are maximizing your farms earning potential. After all, if you want to be able to buy the items that will give you a lot of experience and help you to level up quickly, you need to have a significant stockpile of coins. However, how do you go about getting this?

Earnings Over Time

Of course, every time you harvest crops, you make more money than you spent to plant them. However, each crop gives you a different return on your investment, so you can make the most money simply by planting the crops that give you the best potential for profit in this regard. This seems simple enough, except that you have to remember that each crop also takes a different amount of time to grow. If your object is to increase your coin totals quickly, you will want to choose the crop that has the best balance between earnings per hour ratio and return on investment.

In this case, raspberries are the crop to plant, as they grow quickly and have high earnings per hour rate. However, it will not do you any good to plant a ton of these if you are not going to be able to get back to harvest them as soon as they are ready to be sold. Remember, the earnings per hour rate of the crop is based on how quickly they grow. However, if you just leave them sitting in your field once they are done growing, that number is not accurate any more.

Planting Around Your Schedule

Raspberries are only a good choice, then, if you can get back to harvest them immediately. If you cannot, you are better off choosing the crop with the best earnings per hour rate and with a growth cycle that most closely matches up with the time that you will be able to get back to your farm. The most important factor in your ability to earn coins quickly will be the capability to harvest and replant your field with as little of a delay as possible.

If you are able to master this balance, you will also be able to establish a good system of planting and harvesting. Get through the process a few times and you will be rolling in the coins before you know it. In addition, that is when all that hard work pays off and you can really start buying the things you wanted all along.

I have found hundreds of tips in a brand new guide Farm Town Secrets. It is the only guide available for Farm Town and certainly saved me all the effort of searching the internet for help. Not to mention the realmoney it saved me – I was just about to give in and fork out for coins!

I think you will be very impressed with this guide – it is packed with strategy tips to take you through all the levels and get your dream Mansion.

Farm Town Cheats–How to Time Farm Town Harvests Effectively

Posted on 03 March 2010 by admin

Like just about any other Facebook game, one of the most important things you can do for you farm is to ensure that the right Farm Town harvests are performed between each planting cycle. This is a major factor that will ultimately determine how often you can gather enough coins for expansion and be sure that you dont have crops wither and die prematurely. The key is to develop a good schedule, then plant crops that will reward you with the most possible profit within your schedule range. If you can do that, you will definitely be okay.

Scheduling Your Farm Town Harvests Harvesting in Farm Town is one of the fundamental skills of the game. You need to be able to harvest immediately when your crops are done. They will last for a good chunk of time when mature (usually twice as long as it takes to grow), but that doesnt mean you should wait that long. The reason is simple. You could be growing something else in that time. For that reason, you should find the crops that best meet your schedule.

Do you want to discover some real Farm Town Secrets? Click HERE to instantly download this great guide that reveals the Best Farm Town Secrets ever Seen

If you can log on twice a day, every 12 hours or so, find crops that take between 8 and 12 hours to grow. That way you can get them out of the ground pretty close to when they are harvested and get new plants down to grow before you wake up or get home for the second harvest. This will optimize your profits more times than not.

Making the Most Possible Coins Along with the timing, make sure to pick crops that are worth a lot. Picking a seed that will reward you with 2.4 coins per hour versus one, like potatoes that rewards you with 4.9 coins per hour is a bad decision. Check the profit margins and pick crops that are going to make whatever time you put into them worth your while each time out.

As you can see, the key to making your Farm Town account truly succeed is to create a well oiled machine that doesnt waste time or crops unnecessarily. Everything you plant should be something you can harvest at a set time each day. You should also be able to make the most possible coins for that time frame. Do that and your Farm Town harvests will always be profitable and successfully, helping you build toward the maximum level.

Farm Town Buddies vs Neighbors ? Are They Different, and Why?

Posted on 03 March 2010 by admin

Since Farm Town is by design a social game, its not surprising that the ways you interact with other players can influence your ability to develop your farm the way you want to. Unlike a lot of other games that fall into this category, though, Farm Town offers some unique features that greatly enhance the social aspect of the gaming experience. They can make it a little confusing at first, though, and so you need to understand what youre dealing with if youre going to make the best use of the tools at your disposal. There are plenty of nuances to the way this system works, but what you really have to understand when youre getting started in Farm Town is the difference between your Neighbors and your Buddies.

The Basics

If youve played other social networking based games before, youre probably familiar with the concept of Neighbors. Your Neighbors in these games are people on your friend list who are also playing the game. You can exchange gifts with them and interact with them in other, somewhat limited ways. For instance, in Farm Town, you can visit your Neighbors farms to water their flowers and help out with harvesting, and they can do the same for you.

A New Category Buddies

Buddies, however, are likely something you havent come across before, but theyre a great addition to this type of social networking gaming. The main difference between your Buddies and your Neighbors is that you can add other Farm Town players to your Buddy list without adding them as a friend. This allows you to bypass the sometimes tricky business of trying to determine which stranger you wan to add to your friend list.

Adding someone as a Buddy can be done anytime youre playing Farm Town simply by clicking on their avatar and selecting the option of adding them to your Buddy list. Likely the people who wind up on this list will be people who you have met in the Market or at the Inn. Theyll be enthusiastic players like you maybe someone you hired to help you harvest your crops, or even just someone who you struck up a conversation with at the Inn. Either way, adding them to your Buddy list will make it possible for you to see if theyre online at any given point, and it will make it easy for you to visit your farm.

Limited Benefits

The main difference youll find between Neighbors and Buddies is that you can exchange gifts only with your Neighbors, but Neighbors do provide some other specific benefits as well that Buddies cannot. What all of this really means is that its good to have both Neighbors and Buddies, and certainly the groups can overlap. In fact, youll probably wind up putting a lot of your Neighbors on your Buddy list just so that you can keep track of whether theyre online or not. Just be sure to not rely solely on Buddies, as youll wind up missing out some significant bonuses in the form of gifts and special game play options.

Farm Town Secrets–The Secret to Farm Town Trees and Flowers

Posted on 03 March 2010 by admin

The best thing about games like Farm Town is that they allow you to have a wide array of variety. You are not just stuck with plots of land with seeds in them. You can plant everything from vegetables and fruits to Farm Town trees and flowers allowing you to create a varied, multi-colored farm plot that your fellow players will be interested in coming to see. The thing about trees in Farm Town is finding a good place to put them where they wont block your plots or make the game any harder and where you will be able to harvest them all efficiently each day.

Do you want to discover some real Farm Town Secrets? Click HERE to instantly download this great guide that reveals the Best Farm Town Secrets ever Seen

How to Choose the Right Farm Town Trees

The best thing about trees is that the fruits on them never rot. You can let them grow away in a corner somewhere and log on each day at the same time to check and then harvest those trees for a nice profit. They will never provide the same profits as your crops, but for players who do not log on every day and might be away for a few days, this is a great option.
The reason is simple. If you suddenly cannot logon for a week and all your crops die, you may run very low on coins. However, you will always have the fruit on your trees available to harvest and flip for a nice profit when you need it. This will provide a guaranteed coin source, no matter what you are doing when you log onto the game each day.

Harvesting and Maintaining Trees and Flowers

Trees are easy to grow and harvest and require no watering making them the easiest things to care for in the game. Just harvest them whenever they are ready, or if you like how they look with fruit, leave them be. Flowers on the other hand need to be harvested when they are ready and will need watering. They do not reward profit, but can be sold to fellow players or to the game for a small amount. More than anything, flowers are often an aesthetic decision.
When you are playing a game like Farm Town, the role of trees and flowers is most often to beautify. But, if you pick the right Farm Town trees and flowers, you will be able to create not only a better looking plot of land, but to make a nice profit in the process. Just be sure that you dont plant too many trees or get carried away with their positioning. If you can do that, you will be set when it comes time to harvest and profit from them.

Farm Town Cheats–Farm Town Cash and Coins (farm town cash)

Posted on 02 March 2010 by admin

Farm Town, just like almost every other social networking game on the Internet these days, requires that you have two different forms of currency. The first of these is Farm Town Cash the currency that you will receive very sparingly from the game for leveling up and completing very rare tasks. The only other way to get Farm Town cash, which is used to level up your plot size and to get rare items that are only available in the game in small amounts, is to pay real cash or to complete surveys to get that cash.
The other form of currency is the Farm Town coins that are used to plant and harvest crops, install new buildings and setup your animals and trees. Here are some tips to getting both kinds of currency effectively.

How to Get More Farm Town Cash

For those interested in making more Farm Town Cash, the truth is that youre going to need to spend a lot of time leveling up. You gain some cash for every level you gain, but thats about all youre going to be awarded for. That means you will have a finite amount of cash to work with in the game until you reach the top level. The only other real option is to whip out your wallet and start spending real world money on things you dont necessarily need.

When to Aim for Coins Instead of Farm Town Cash

You should aim for coins instead of cash as soon as you can. Because they dont want to block off sections of the game, it is possible to do everything Farm Town without having the Farm Cash. However, you need to amass a good chunk of coins to do it and make sure you have a solid 8 neighbors who play the game regularly and can help you with gifts and assistance on your farm. If you can do those two things though, the need for Farm Cash disappears very quickly.
For anyone that is really serious about how to play this game effectively, you need to spend some time figuring out how to get as many Farm Town coins and as much cash as possible. The currency is really the key to building a bigger, more successful farm and without that extra currency, expect quite a long grind to the top of the game where the best are playing.

Do You Have the Right Farm Town Crops? (farm town crops)

Posted on 02 March 2010 by admin

Like all of the major farming games on Facebook, Farm Town has a lot of moving parts. You need to manage your space, harvesting, seeding, animals, buildings, and neighbors. However, nothing is more important than your selection of the right Farm Town crops. If you dont get the right crops in place, youre doing nothing better than wasting a tremendous amount of time creating a big open farm and not planting things that will reward you with high amounts of XP and coins. So, here are a few tips to help you choose the right Farm Town crops the ones that will result in big profits.

Which Crops Do the Best?

The crops that do the best in Farm Town are those that grow quickly. This includes small fruits and vegetables like berries, grapes, and carrots. The other crops that are available for longer time periods are often set up so that players can take a day or two off from the game without needing to login. If you do that however, you will get less experience and far less coins than you would by playing often.
Ideally, you want to be able to play the game for consecutive periods of time throughout the day if you want to level up and get coins quickly. If this is not possible, you will need to settle for lesser crops.

How to Prepare Your Plot of Land

To effectively prepare your plots, make sure to delete any premade plots and replow them as closely together as possible. By default, the game wastes a great deal of space that can be used for growing. If you can get the plots to stack on each other directly, you can usually fit in between 10 and 30 extra plots on your farm that will make for far greater profits and much faster leveling. Just be sure to check that you dont need the space for building so that you wont need to restructure again later.
If you can do it properly, Farm Town crops that are well researched and planted around your own schedule will help you get far more coins than the ones that are planted with nothing in mind other than what you like to eat or what you think looks pretty. This is a game of strategy and if you play toward that strategy, you will be rewarded many times over for your careful attention to detail.
